The production process of a QUAD racket includes its core, which is entirely designed and developed from scratch at the QUAD Factory. The EVA 990Q foam offers durability and rigidity, ensuring greater power and resistance.

The Tiger is a very lightweight racket, allowing for faster and more agile movements on the court, and facilitating reactions to difficult balls. It's a perfect racket for players who like to add spin to the ball, as it allows for easier and quicker wrist rotation.

By removing the holes, it became necessary to create a technology that ensures friction for the racket. Thus, Rough Surface was created, a rough base that provides a good feel for applying spin and gripping the ball.

3K carbon is a fabric with 3 thousand filaments per point, widely used in the aerospace industry. We produce this racket with two layers of 3K carbon, a more flexible material, to ensure greater ball output in more defensive plays. Carbon offers superior strength, durability, and lightness.

This racket has a special feature: its synthetic leather grip. The grip is antibacterial (ISO 22196:2011), improves pressure between the hand and the racket handle, absorbs vibrations, ensures grip and comfort, and is resistant to tension, tearing, and abrasion (ISO 12947-1.2).

The absence of holes allows the racket to gain hardness and extra power, even with a low weight, without compromising the level of play.

With the removal of the holes, there is a consequent decrease in the racket's aerodynamics, which does not compromise shorter swings because high aerodynamics are not needed. However, in attacking shots with a longer swing, like a Smash or a Vibora, there is a need to create greater airflow. Thus, the Speed-Up Tech system was implemented, allowing for longer swings, not creating air resistance, and making the Tiger an extremely comfortable racket.
