All products sold on www.thepadelstore.pt have a 2-year warranty from the date of payment for the product.

- In the event of a return, you must contact The Padel Store by email or phone, using the contacts available on the "Contacts" page, and explain the situation;
- After analyzing the situation, the packaging and the respective products/accessories must be returned intact, without any signs of use or damage, to the address Rua Manuel Xavier de Carvalho 51A, 2950-636 Quinta do Anjo;
- The costs of returning the products will be borne by the customer if they cannot go to the Showroom;
- After receipt and evaluation of the products (as stated in point 1), The Padel Store will contact you and proceed with the repair, exchange, or refund.
